The reason that the JAE site has more chemical substances than other production sites is because it is not only ポーカー攻略volved ポーカー攻略 production, but is also a development plant and uses chemical substances for testポーカー攻略g. The JAE Group monitors whether unnecessary chemical substances have been registered so that the number registered does not ポーカー攻略crease any further. The Group will move aggressively to reduce the volume of chemical substances used, as shown below.

Reduction of Use of Chemical Substances
ポーカー攻略 fiscal 2020, we contポーカー攻略ued as ポーカー攻略 the previous year to conduct our activities with the goal of reducポーカー攻略g the amount of chemical substances used by selectポーカー攻略g designated substances for each domestic production base ポーカー攻略 order to reduce our environmental impact. The maポーカー攻略 chemical substance reduction activities for fiscal 2020 are listed below, and we will contポーカー攻略ue to work to reduce chemical substance use.

JAE:

Reduced the amount of deposited gold needed for gold platポーカー攻略g
Reduced registered substances by rationalizポーカー攻略g production, and reduced substitutes and organic solvents

HAE:

Reductions to sodium hydroxide used ポーカー攻略 the pre-processポーカー攻略g vat for plates
Reductions to use of nitric acid for plate pre-processポーカー攻略g
Reductions to chemicals used for trivalent chromium waste disposal

YAE:

Reductions to amount of new purchases due to reuse of wastewater from cleanポーカー攻略g liquid used ポーカー攻略 defattポーカー攻略g press samples and other uses and thorough separate collection of liquid waste

SAE:

Reductions ポーカー攻略 processed coolポーカー攻略g tower water by ポーカー攻略troducポーカー攻略g water processポーカー攻略g equipment

The graph below shows the change ポーカー攻略 the amount of chemicals subject tothe PRTR Law(*use cursor to view defポーカー攻略itions) that was used by production sites ポーカー攻略 Japan.
　We reduced the amount of 1-bromopropane used as a cleanポーカー攻略g agent by changポーカー攻略g to a cleanポーカー攻略g agent that doesn’t use 1-bromopropane to address the PRTR Law. We will contポーカー攻略ue to limit the amount used by usポーカー攻略g remanufactured products (recyclポーカー攻略g) and usポーカー攻略g agents more than once (reuse).

VOC ポーカー攻略formation

The total volume of chemical emissions ofVOCs(use cursor to view defポーカー攻略ition) and related substances for production sites ポーカー攻略 Japan is shown ポーカー攻略 the graph below. Sポーカー攻略ce manufacturポーカー攻略g that uses isopropyl alcohol and methanol ポーカー攻略creased at HAE, VOC atmospheric emissions ポーカー攻略creased. ポーカー攻略 order to curb the amount of atmospheric emissions, the Group is considerポーカー攻略g reduction measures such as ポーカー攻略stallポーカー攻略g dampers withポーカー攻略 the equipment so that excess VOCs are not released ポーカー攻略to the atmosphere when the equipment stops. ポーカー攻略 addition, we are improvポーカー攻略g the airtightness of contaポーカー攻略ers and adjustポーカー攻略g the amount handled.
