Reducing Usage ポーカー オッズ Materials
In an effort to use materials more efficiently, measures that reduce the amount (percentage) that becomes waste after being introduced into the manufacturing stage are being promoted. An introduction to the JAE Group's efforts to use the main materials effectively is provided below.●JAE, YAE
Measures are underway for reducing the amount ポーカー オッズ materials used and waste generated by revising the width ポーカー オッズ metal materials used in presses. In addition, efforts are being made to reduce the introduction ポーカー オッズ new materials, and this has resulted in a reduction ポーカー オッズ CO2 emissions.
●HAE
The reduction ポーカー オッズ molding materials is being achieved by reducing unnecessaryspoolers/runnersthat are discharged when extracting molded products; improving the number ポーカー オッズgates, mold shape, and positioning; and switching from coiled runners to hot runners.
●FAE
Efforts to improve the reuse rate for copper alloy electrode material used in the manufacturing process for metal parts (discharge machining) are contributing to a dramatic reduction in the quantity ポーカー オッズ material used and the metal waste generated.
●SAE
Efforts continue to reduce the size ポーカー オッズ machining (cutting) material on large machining systems, and reductions far exceeding the target have been achieved. This resulted in an indirect reduction in CO2 emissions ポーカー オッズ about 8.8 tons. In the initial stage for machining (cutting), machining (cutting) material that has a slight margin per product is conventionally used to maintain quality. However, by using expertise built over the years to reduce the amount cut to the absolute limit, SAE is accomplishing cutting-edge, environmentally responsible part machining.
