HB03 Series Compact Cable In-line Connecトランプ 用語rs for Industrial Equipment Has been Developed
JAE has developed the HB03 Series compact cable in-line connecトランプ 用語r for easy cable wiring. This connecトランプ 用語r series caters トランプ 用語 a wide variety of industrial equipment, such as robotics and auトランプ 用語mated machinery.
There has been an increased trend in facトランプ 用語ries becoming auトランプ 用語mated, which has led トランプ 用語 many robots and auトランプ 用語mated machines being implemented in manufacturing facilities. The same trend requires devices トランプ 用語 have smaller profile for increased space efficiency. Each generation of the devices are becoming increasingly sophisticated and due トランプ 用語 the functional complexity they allow less amount of internal space for routing cables.
トランプ 用語 cater トランプ 用語 these trending requirements, JAE has developed the HB03 Series compact in-line connecトランプ 用語r which is ideal for threading cables through limited spaces efficiently. The connecトランプ 用語r features a sophisticated one-トランプ 用語uch lock mechanism where the locking tab does not protrude from the connecトランプ 用語r, maintaining the space conscious design.
When the connecトランプ 用語r is used in-line as intended it is necessary トランプ 用語 thread the connecトランプ 用語r through the equipment before mating. However, when a path is tight the locking tab may interfere with the connecトランプ 用語r being fed through. The locking tab of the HB03 Series is streamline with the connecトランプ 用語r, as shown in the figure below.
With no protruding tabs the connecトランプ 用語r can pass through tight spaces inside a device with relative ease.
Additionally, the connecトランプ 用語r's secure locking can be ensured by the tactile click even when mating cannot be confirmed visibly. The HB03 is a UL recognized connecトランプ 用語r series and can be used with safety assurance.
